    Interesting the agreement document itself didn't really go into the management team coming in.

    Now i've had the time to do some further reading it's basically structured as a backdoor listing for the vendors. On completion, ignoring the July options, the vendors will have a fully diluted position in the company of 34.29%.

    Craig Lindsay looks the goods with a pretty impressive CV. Enjoyed the interview released today, feels as though they have a strong team backing this project. New chapter for this Company.
