    The obvious red flag is Oakley Capital's involvement here. Absolutely ridiculous freebies attached to their raisings.

    Incoming US CEO has extensive corporate finance background. First thing he'll do is scrap Oakley as a corporate adviser and protect his and the other vendor significant shareholdings. If they don't it'll be time to move on.

    I don't see Oakley's existing involvement as an impediment to SP appreciate in the short term. Will keep the trading very liquid for the next few months which is needed to sustain a rerate (E.g. TMG).
