well it appears to me $57 million@ 5.4X EBITDA or 10.5 million even if full $57 million is borrowed at say 5%, that is interest cost of $2.8 million. Then I guess the question is what are the extra synergies RIC can generate? In theory it should be earnings positive by 1 or 2 cents per share or 8 to 15%.
