So essentially this is just a backdoor listing by Syncom, correct?
Wow.. talk about IMI holders getting royally screwed over. So I've poured money into this company over the years, now Syncom come along, take over the company and basically kick out the old shareholders. What a lovely world we live in.
Personally I'll be voting against everything. I'd rather see dogs like this put down than survive another day. It just shouldn't be allowed to exist. Lucky for them, IMI holders have been diluted into oblivion so my money will count for nothing.
