I hold EVE & AFR.
You may be aware AFR has 5 Directors & EVE has 4 Directors.
AFR?s Chairman is on the EVE Board
Apart from the Chairman all AFR?s Directors are on the EVE Board.
I.e 3 Directors are on both board.
I could suggest that the 3 directors would therefore have control of both boards.
Maybe different companies in name only????
It is also interesting to note that both companies have the same office address in Perth.
