    So the sell down of the IG6 shares owned by Comet is price sensitive but the agreement to enter a joint venture partner to build a graphite processing plant in Europe and obtain debt funding for IG6 to cover it's share of the cost of the European facility and the Collie Micronising facility is not? Go figure.
