Am i reading this correct. They spend about 34 million cash and let them use existing equipment and get 140 million back guaranteed over the next 6 years with 20 % of the ptrofits thereafter. Sounds like a good deal. Good to see they are investing the cash they have. This deal alone should be valued at 100 million. What is our current market cap, 50 million?
