Whether this is the real deal or not is going to be all about price action - it's as simple as that - we can all read as much into this or as least into this as we subjectively like, yet the smart money will know the truth and either buy up on the announcement or sell into it. It's never about the opening price, it's always about the closing price. SOR is notorious for making announcements that get sold into by the close, with the larger downtrend continuing post that.
