sharing of gross revenue. but that would suggest the costs are all on Novatti. average interchange is 0.50% (cost) scheme fees approx 0.08% (cost). then there is the acquire's wholesale margin - i would have thought more than 0.10%. which leaves little pie left for Novatti. (0.75% less 0.68%) there are a fair few questions around this that should be asked.
basically, Novatti bought a big chunk of reckon to be the payment integrator. Xero lets anyone connect
