I think what he meant was, NOV can utilise Crypto for payment which is their competitive advantage (I 100% agree).
I wouldn't claim that they don't care about crypto. I believe what NOV lacking is exposure to the general public. (i.e. Their Cryptospend VISA card is a great innovation)
What's the problem with being the innovative lead in the industry? The most important point is to make sure others won't take the lead.
