Except that the TSX-V is running a bit slow on the paperwork so as I understand it there may be an extension on the clause around the closing date.
I honestly don't believe this should materially impact announcements around completion of Hainan - that is far too risky to try and massage such an important deal.
And I believe management are keen to see the additional funds from options exercise.
