I actually think Kalina has been reasonably active promoting the company to investors (30 investor presentations in Nov I think?, plus this current round of presentations)
The problem is the roadshows have simply not been bearing fruit. Maybe they're talking to the wrong people, or their pitch isn't hitting the mark. idk. It's clear as day they haven't succeeded in drumming up interest though.
Investor relations shortcomings notwithstanding, I think it would be a massive strategic blunder for the BOD to now focus its promotional effort on hotcopper. The company needs institutional support and if they can't source that they need to find out why
