I think some retailers got in early (due to being kept interested in it by the likes of Spec and Joel) and are now rebalancing their portfolios from being overweight in SPR , not really about getting spooked
Nice to see big inflows from instos into SPR (and WAF) though as they likely have better intel than us mortals .
Its starting to get hard to find Australian based developers that have not shown share price growth in the last few weeks , guess brown field explorers will be next on the list to start appreciating in value , typical trailing indicator factor at play before greenfield explorers also show some shoots of growth .
Looks like the (LSX) Lion selection clock is working as Hedley predicted
