Yes @jezzathegeo or maybe what you say could be worded - does not have to be a CIL mill .
Interesting to see several smaller miners ready to start either vat leach , heap leach , and just HMS recovery for gold as EMC and REZ are doing
I would say though in the case of SPR the current mill is worth probably twice a new mills value as it brings forward the cash flow from high margin ounces considerably compared to building a new one and the high tonnage capacity is a good carrot for finding more ore to fill it .
Didnt SL get trained at Auckland University over in NZ and Joyce at Otago university in Queenstown NZ ?
