Yep, that's arguably a fire-sale price achieved for such a decent quality asset albeit relatively small in the scheme of things. There's nothing by way of a Royalty negotiated going forward which I find strange. It's a small piece of the SPR pie going forward so inconsequential but it looks like a giveaway. I think BNZ actually looks interesting here.
