Your right I just took a look at the investor presentation and it was 34 million net. I would like to know the operational value not just the asset value.
180 million total asset value to be conservative, less 61m from the Casino building sale, Round off to say 120m for the hotel and car park so the ROI is about 28% before liabilities but I can not see the costs separated into non gaming/gaming in the investor presentation. I'm trying to get an idea if the hotel and car park are still liabilities or actually make a profit.
