its pretty simple all
Star had a lease from the QLD government to operate out of the building, (typically 99 yeas) did not own the building, QLD Gov does and sold its interest in to the UNI for the balance of the term in the lease, not sure how long was left.
i think its a good outcome IMO as not many private purchasers would have the appetite to buy a leasehold.
and frees up the other assets to be sold separately.
