Not sure about cooling an internal combustion engine! Internal combustion engines need to operate at reasonably high temps for optimum combustion. The cooler the engine, the less fuel efficient they become.
Also, another more serious issue, how will the car heater work if the engine is running cooler.... Brrrrrr...lol
