Could be someone had a "fat finger" on the press release button. Otherwise it is unusual for the press release or to go out prior to the asx announcment. Given the trading suspension was already in place it is not an issue with the asx (or asic now I guess).
Yes it is a research agreement but then again PYC is a research based company and there is money involved in up front payments and scope for really very large ongoing payments when you look at the current market cap of about 20M. Just seeing 92M in the agreement will give this share price a leg up.
Most important is another pharma in the top 7 showing serious interest in what PYC has to offer.
Gives confidence that there will be others soon.
I think anything under 20c is in bargain territory.
