The people at PYC are clearly not in control of the situation. They are like Santa's little helpers sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring so they can be told what to say and give away the presents. So far that is restricted to imminent. Which means, they don't know. Or in Christmas terms, its a shake and squeeze of whats under the tree.
Perhaps the guy on the other end of the phone is just feeding them a line and PYC are taking it hook line and sinker.
