This JV is a wise move by CPN management. Their core business is copper, gold, nickel, platinum and palladium, and chasing rare earths is difficult business. this partnership is a really great achievement and shareholders should be really happy with Managment for getting it done. I'm holding out to see CPN return to core business exploration, which is what they do best. GLTAH
