At first I was disappointed reading this and the idea of surrendering a big part of our project, but then I considered what the potential weaknesses in CPN were as a current shareholder.

My main concern as we stand as a viable business is we seem to be more about marketing what we want to do, than actually making a plan and undertaking required actions to achieve milestones.

This JV is very positive from my standpoint, it introduces tested and experienced operators into our project and puts expectation for the project to become resukts driven, with ASM taking 75% interest in Rare Earth Minerals production. Effectively, it will fast track the project.

Great movefrom where I stand, this announcement is very positive.
