Back to the future (maybe)
C14 would not been knocking on the Biotron door (or vice versa) just in this last week.
Also there was no requirement to advise holders until the contract is formalised.
So there is the potential for progress to be given at any time from now.
Do not shoot the messenger because these things take time but my thoughts are that some water has already flowed under the bridge.
