It isn't a good look if Directors refuse to buy into their own companies.
This is not only the case for BIT but all other companies too.
It shows that Directors have confidence in their companies if they personally invest in those companies.
For BIT most of the BOD's shares are "frreebies" they got for "performance" and that does not count at all. I do note that none of the performance shares have been handed back because of non-performance.
