Infact, many holders, me one of them, have suggested the management to sell the company for the betterment of the company, its SHs, and mainly the patients. The current management is all out of energy and enthusiam to drive anyhting for the better. They're all saturated with the lazy mindset busy receiving free and easy money. They're all elderly people waiting for the retirement. Nothing much to give due the nature of their age. Taking anyhting to the market was, is, and will never be their intention. If so, they would take at least one product to the market.
Now is the right time, as far as the 2018 claim and as far as whatever achieved ( Platfrom tech, compounds, ...) are concerned, the management sold the company and relaxed.
While current SP is nasty due to inept communication style of the management fully unfit to run a public company like Biotron, its real SP after the deal will likely to be above circa 40c a share. A capable company that will acquire the Biotron can find multiple ways of monetizing the Biotron compounds and platform tech. The earlier the elderly biotron management can get into their sense, the better for the the company, its SHs, and mainly the patients.
