My view on the C14 approach is that at best they are acting as a broker to facilitate a capital raise/equity (at massive dilution) to fund the next gen pathway/research of drugs. Then the 20+ years resets and starts again. I think this will be sub 1c for a long time to come. Of course, it will be framed better than this.
