Technically, that statement indicates that BIT has not been able to commercialise its products. The reason could well be that the products have not reached a standard where anyone is interested in them.
Always be wary of what a company issues in way of announcements. They never do so to be negative and will always put a positive spin on everything.
C14 seems a last ditch effort - we just have to see who wins - C14 or bankruptcy.
There won't be a CR if the SP gets as low as 1 cent - they would never succeed in getting enough return at that price.
C14 could well get one or more small deals that could lift the SP enough to make a CR worthwhile - I still doubt that, but anything is still possible.
I will say that the end of June will be the timeline for BIT - no deals by then and the company can't survive.
