The biggest problem here is Biotron essentially have no money in the bank & this announcement is a clear indication no advanced negotiations are in place and the term "coming months" in MM language = minimum 18 months..... CR incoming if they can manage to pull one off. I am guessing this announcement is aimed and pumping the price (not doing a very good job) ... I hope shareholders only contribute if MM is shown the door.
