"If we go to 10 dollars you lose" ..... LOL ....... At this point Scoots most shareholders just have fond memories of 10c !!! Not many here are still dreaming of the $10 party or the trillion dollar valuation or any of that rubbish that the dedicated rampers were peddling not long back. The same rampers who were trying to nominate MM for a nobel prize if I recall.

Anyhow, not wanting to intervene in your entertaining spat but if we can talk about the stock for a little bit (yes pun intended) that might be nice.

Today's news was actually quite good IMO. Most of us with long memories and the selective history filter turned off already believed that existing management had no idea how to get a deal by themselves. Its seems today's announcement may have finally brought many others to the same conclusion.

By now most are on the same page, capable deal makers are required if a good outcome for shareholders is to even be possible. Finally management have recognized this. This is why today's news is actually good. Rather than treading water until the funding sinks the ship, at least now there is some hope. Recently for most there has been little left to hope for.

I should note that by now the majority of the proxy voting will be in and management will already know how bad the voting backlash was. I don't believe that they are remotely capable of putting together this consultancy in just recent days so I assume that they have been working on this for a while. Either that or MM met them on a cruise.

I've spent too much time traveling lately to be bothered getting on a plane to go to the AGM but I do hope somebody with a balanced view can attend and ask the difficult questions. I know many of would appreciate it if a few people have the time to go and give us honest feedback.
