Yep, and this is a big dilution too. More than 25% of the company is being issued to these guys in China, supposedly to incentivise them to sell the company's products.
Why can't they just sign a normal distribution deal with agents who want to sell the products, and make a normal commercial margin on them? Are the products not attractive enough in the Chinese market?
