Not a lawyer by any stretch but doesn't a takeover offeror have to have a set % amount of shares to launch a T/O bid? It is always a worry in speccies when a holder starts creeping up their ownership on the register but haven't seen it happening here in the Top 20 but haven't really been diligently monitoring it.
