At current Pb and Zn prices the in situ resource is worth US $2.30 a share if IBG were to have a 90% share of it , of course there is the need to take into consideration share dilution , CAPEX the cost of extraction and the time value of money on that $2.30 to work out what the NPV is per share .
It is possible the Chinese will come in with far lower CAPEX costs than the Europeans , guessing OPEX similar , however given the issues with some of the Chinese build quality (Ramu ,CDU , GBG ) one has to be careful .
