The stench is still around long after the deal makers have left the building, one wonders how this is not considered criminal. Even the recipient aggressively tried to defend this deal despite any detail from the beginning...nothing was ever delivered from either end except financial windfalls for the parties concerned at the expense of the shareholders. More transparency and accountability is required and things like need more scrutiny from regulators if any semblance of integrity is left in the ASX. What recourse do shareholders have? Zero!
