have a read of this at the intec forum http://www.intec.com.au/public_panel/forum_topic.php?id=392 whilst they haven't sold their soul, it doesn't sound like they stand to benefit directly through any use of the technology that JX nippon should embark on either... ie the way I read it, if JX nippon makes 100,000,000 using Intec technology Intec it would seem will get nothing additional... This is purely my interpretation of what has been posted and I could well be wrong, but surely if there was something more than the 5 millon then they wouldn't have used the words "The current agreement *sells* for 5 million dollars some non-exclusive limited rights to intecs patents on copper and gold"
Sells is the operative word hear.. not licences, SELLS.
I guess we will know in time....
