We are speculating in the dark because this is a speculative stock.
You are right to say that we do not have enough info to put a value on the company. That is exactly the point I was trying to make. Large stable companies put out earnings guidances and get smashed by the market if the miss the mark by 5%. Our board are years from being in a position to issue earnings estimates. If they put one out now they could be out by 200% because of 1 sale alone. This as a speculative stock, we have waited nearly 15 years to be where we are now. If you want certainty you are going to have to wait a few more years. It won't happen today. It won't happen this year or next. When it does happen our company will be fully priced and trade on a reasonable PE and it will be too late to make Capital Gains. Then, the decision (for me) whether to hold or sell will be based on yield rather than PE. Do the dividends warrant holding this stock?
