Interesting cap at 7 cents just put in place (see below).
Those 2.5 million shares (15000 shares already sold) correspond to the Top 20 holding of "First Car International Limited." which is registered in the British Virgin Island.
Sure, it might just be a top 20 holder trying to liquidate, but in my experience, large holders (with half a brain) don't plonk down their entire holding on the offer side. Also, who takes a stake in a company like TKM if not to wait and see the business plan unfold? And then decides to sell out at 7 cents (well below the listing price) after a company-changing announcement.
Sure they might be desperate for the cash, but feel like there are some games afoot here.
