    Congratulations to all holders for having a big name company show interest here.

    I am a newbie and have a question. With 80% in the JV owned by Rio based on spend milestones and other spends up to 40Mn, what will be left over for Trek if Lithium is found and this is taken to production? 10% or 20% or something else? Appreciate helping me understand the deal. Thanks.
