I'm joining HC with a morbid curiosity in this company. Particularly interesting is the language used in these announcements. SP ~3c when I first started observing. IMO, strategy and execution hasn't dug down to the level needed.
Want to DYOR? Next time you visit an experienced GP, ask them when they'd seek to book a specialist appt on behalf of a patient, why they'd select a particular doc, how they'd make the booking and the rationale behind their preferred method. And patients - often guided by their trust in the GP.
