a most basic issue is the potential profits & capital risk for a miner.
exactly what price would MNS pay for some ore?
the miner gets slugged with income tax & 16% govt share
the very benefit of "value added" is lost
it seems quite risky for anyone to start a mine merely to supply MNS
MNS would need to guarantee processing thus MNS will need two plants
one plant for Nachu & one plant for others
it sounds more & more insane if the Tanzanian govt allow MNS to build more processing plants than what is in their BFS. its just more & more tax revenue lost to Tanzania
the "religion" of MNS gets more & more mind boggling
