Thanks boots. I don’t post often, but have been holding and watching since before mns was... mns. Posted this last year as a reply to Robbo post 27532134.
I love it when a plan comes together.

“I doubt MTT and the SEZ is included in the Natural Resources Act as Robbo eludes to. BUT if it is, MNS just need to relocate their processing (MTT) outside Tanzania and buy unprocessed graphite from their own Tanzanian mining co. Hopefully the Tanzanian govt aren't silly enough to forgo the SEZ. Either way, the processing would be exempt from the Act. Since MTT is the only company with low cost processing of floatation in Tanzania, last I checked, they are uniquely placed among all the miners in Tanzania to benefit. In any case, I see MTT buying graphite from the other miners in the country as those companies DON'T have a SEZ or methods of processing. The Chinese may take some, but I reckon MTT will be the buyer.”
