While the concept is novel and on the face of it the idea of one company doing all the value seems like a good proposition. Even after discounting the processing of ore, the idea of value adding various concentrates in of itself is problematic. As for any value added product such as spherical, there is no "One size fits all". The many end users are likely to have different requirements and designated parameters. I guess the proof will be in the pudding in the form of a PFS, DFS or BFS.
