I dont see the word 'exclusive' anywhere in this agreement so i would say any sized device is on the table. Why cant they sign agreements with other manufacturers? If Bart has signed 50 NDA's with 'some of the worlds largest companies', that to me would suggest a broad spectrum of market application for the tech.
