    If Conglin Yue succeeds with the ORM t/o
    he would now have 2 companies (Ultimate and Orion) for the price of one.

    What is the likelihood that Conglin Yue managing to buy the required percentage and the remainder( the likes of me)would be compulsory taken over ?
