You’ve somehow taken that, assumed Mr Floate is lying (your words), and deduced that Agrichain have dumped Spenda?

“I fall into the second category”… based on what exactly? Apart from “a feeling” that is polar opposite to the words in the announcement.

I ask you, why not take the announcement as given until further information is received? Are you, like qqq and Extremeland, trying to induce retailers to sell so that you can buy in at a lower price? That can be the only conclusion here.
