If you look at the announcement from October, and read the comments from both Mr Floate and the CEO of Agrichain, I think it would be very reasonable to assume it is Agrichain which would benefit from this partnership more than Spenda. Both comments mainly speak of the benefits to Agrichain and their business. Thus, I would assume it was Spenda whom approached Agrichain to pause the agreement. There is absolutely zero to suggest otherwise.

The next question, obviously, is why?

Again, merely assumptions.

Prioritising Capricorn as Spenda’s biggest customer and highest revenue producer? Sounds reasonable.

As milehighclub mentioned earlier, to achieve cf+ as quickly as possible? Also reasonable.

Is it possible that Agrichain were the company that approached Spenda? Of course it’s possible, but on the balance of what we know, I would say that’s highly doubtful.
