Perhaps they should reduce the number of staff so that the ratio of staff costs to revenue looks better whilst further pushing out the timelines to onboard the new customers, which also pushes out the timelines for new revenue streams to come onboard.
I'm sure that'll get the SP moving upwards in no time!
