Probably over 30m shares traded between when they announced the deal in March and when they re-listed, almost all traded over 2.3c and VWAP in the high 2's (mid-50's post consol value)
2.3c = 46c post consolidation. So anyone selling now will be selling at a loss ~ the supply shouldn't be too hectic anywhere below the CR price .45 unless a lot of holders want out for a loss...
