Whichever way it goes, the market cap for this baby currently is without FDA approval priced in.
The market cap is around the net assets of this company currently.
Downside for holding this stock is low.
Any temporary or permanent FDA approval or new product sales will cause a re-rate of this company share price.
My opinion is FDA is unlikely to repeat their mistakes of letting their domestic companies monopoly 90% of the infant formula market after all these incidents.
