Minority shareholders are going to need to stick together on this one and lets hope they all actually vote and vote correctly this time. From memory the vote count at the last AGM was ridiculously low, something like 25% of possible votes actually cast votes. If that happens this time round then there is no hope for anyone and Michael and team will reign supreme and fate will rest in their hands.
As I have said before if the shareholders want change I have a team ready to go but it is up to the shareholders to decide and the 2nd strike is fundamental and who knows there might be others ready to take the reins and make this company fly.
