Organic is not that profitable, look at the other organic operators of past. There has been no change of management, Peter Skene is still at the helm. There has been a change of the Board, a substantial and material one over the last couple of years but it still has legacy with Adrian Rowley there. They sold the Brucknell and leased it back. So they own 1 farm, 1 processing plant, some land and some dairy cows with a combined value of around $27m.
Might be worth coming up to speed on all the changes in the last few years.
